Positions Available

Intern

We are seeking both foreign and local interns eager to enhance their skills in an international work environment while assisting our team with various tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Department with daily operational tasks (website maintenance, web-page editing, translations, etc.)

• Conduct market and internet research, networking, and blog maintenance

• Manage social media platforms and perform other office tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum commitment of 3-6 months; available to start as soon as possible

• Native English proficiency with strong writing skills

• Basic knowledge of Chinese; additional European languages are a plus

• Valid visa permitting work in China

• Interest in learning about different destinations in China

• Customer service-oriented, detail-minded, and well-organized

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Photoshop and basic IT skills are advantageous

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week (excluding public holidays), 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Travel Consultant

Yunnan Exploration Travel (YET) specializes in creating tailor-made tours for both groups and individuals across Yunnan and Southwest China. We are currently seeking Travel Consultants to provide comprehensive travel services and advice to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on suitable destinations and create customized travel itineraries

• Arrange accommodations, transfers, guides, and travel tickets

• Coordinate tour logistics and ensure smooth execution

• Maintain records of tour data and transactions

• Support sales and marketing activities under the direction of the Executive and General Manager

Applicant’s Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese; native proficiency preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese; additional languages (especially European) are advantageous

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing; IT skills are a plus

• Customer service-oriented, detail-minded, and proactive

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Passion for travel and interacting with global customers

• Knowledge of various destinations in Yunnan and China

• Comfortable working under pressure; prior tourism industry experience preferred
