Hani Ethnic Museum (哈尼族博物馆) – As the world’s only museum dedicated to Hani culture, this is the heart of the park. It houses 3,048 valuable items (or sets), including traditional tools, garments, and religious artifacts. Twelve large exhibition halls present the Hani people's epic migration, agricultural heritage, ritual practices, and more.

At the central square stand six towering red sandstone totem pillars. Each is intricately carved with legends representing Lüchun’s six native ethnic groups: Hani, Yi, Yao, Dai, Lahu, and Han—symbolizing harmony and unity among the people.

Silver Pheasant Sculpture (白鹇鸟雕塑) – At the entrance, a soaring silver pheasant (a symbol of good fortune in Hani culture) represents the people's aspiration for a better life.
