Overview: Longqingguan Pass, also known as Niaodao Xiongguan or "Bird Pass," is a significant historical and natural site located in Weishan County, Dali Prefecture. The pass is situated at an altitude of 2,700 meters and holds a prominent place along the ancient "Southwest Silk Road" as a crucial transit point for travelers and horses. The stone stele at the site dates back to the Ming Dynasty (Wanli period).

Longqingguan Pass: Known for its historical importance and scenic views.
Bird Migration Spectacle: From mid-September to mid-October, the pass is enveloped in dense fog, causing thousands of migratory birds to lose their way, resulting in spectacular and sometimes tragic collisions.
