Ninuo Mountain, located in Wenquan Town, Changning County, Baoshan, Yunnan, is famed for producing “Ninuo Tea”.
In the local ethnic language, Ninuo means “auspicious and happy,” hence it’s also called the “Tea of Happiness.”
With an average annual temperature of 13.9 °C, rainfall of 1,650 mm, and year-round mist, its tea trees boast 40% higher amino acid content than ordinary large-leaf varieties, earning it a place among the Eight Famous Teas of Yunnan.
