Baoshan Stone Town Culture
Baoshan Stone Town is an important place where the Naxi ancestors migrated and lived together. It gives birth to the ancient Dongba culture and rich Naxi folk customs.

Naxi People accounts for 98% of the whole population of Baoshan Stone Town.
2.Ethnic Culture
Because of the geographical limitations, this area has been isolated for thousands of years. So it retains more traditional culture of ancient Naxi people including language, clothes, Dongba culture, residential buildings, festivals, sacrifices and funerals. It is a "rich mine" of national culture.

The most distinct festivals celebrated in Baoshan Stone Town is Sanduo Festival, March Festival, Kaokebu Festival, Heaven Worship and ancestor Worship.
