In 2011, Xinghai launched the “Zhang Jie” brand, focusing on high-end Pu’er tea. Xinghai’s product development is personally overseen by Zhang Jianli, the legal representative and general manager. With 37 years of experience in the Pu’er tea industry, including 19 years at Menghai Tea Factory and 17 years of entrepreneurship, Zhang possesses core technologies in:

  • Raw material procurement and blending schemes for raw Pu’er tea, emphasizing the principle that “the older the tea, the more fragrant.”
  • “Wo Dui” fermentation techniques for ripe Pu’er tea, being one of the first advocates and practitioners of this method.
