Jingmai Village is affiliated to Huimin Hani Township, Puer Autonomous County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. It is a multi-ethnic settlement of Dai and Bulang people.

Jingmai is under jurisdiction of Huimin Hani Township. The township has jurisdiction over 5 administrative villages, namely, Fula Village(付腊村), Mangyun Village(芒云村), Jingmai Village(景迈村), Mangjing Village(芒景村), Hanguping Village(旱谷坪村), 51 natural villages and 62 villager groups.

The best time to visit Jingmai is January and April. In January, winter cherry blossoms are open all over the mountains and there is almost the sea of clouds every day. Especially for the photography lovers: from November to February of the following year, as long as it is fine, there will be clouds every day. The sea of clouds comes from the morning, and between the sunrises, the clouds are covered with mist; the fog is filled in the Village, but the fairyland is just like this; as the sun rises, the clouds will gradually dissipate at 10-11 a.m.

Before 109 BC, the present Jingmai was the southern boundary of the ancient Dai Country “Mengdaguang(勐达光)”(Ailao Country in Chinese).
