Luohe Yi Ethnic Township (洛河彝族乡) is located in the western mountainous area of Hongta District (红塔区), Yuxi City (玉溪市), Yunnan Province (云南省). It borders Dayingjie Subdistrict (大营街街道) to the southeast, Eshan Yi Autonomous County (峨山彝族自治县) to the southwest, Jinning District (晋宁区) of Kunming City (昆明市) to the northwest, and Chunhe Subdistrict (春和街道) to the northeast. The township covers a total area of 176.4 square kilometers and consists of 5 village committees and 31 village groups.
