Day 1 Kunming
Sightseeing and Activities: the Stone Forest, Birds and Flowers Market, Green Lake

At 09:00 am, meet your tour guide & driver at Jinma Biji Archway and then drive about 85km to the visit the Stone Forest. There is a local saying says that “It will be a waste without visiting the Stone Forest when you visit Kunming”, you can see that Stone Forest is trully loved by local people.
In the afternoon, drive back to Kunming and visit Birds and Flowers Market. Then, stroll around the Green Lake to enjoy the leisure lives of local people.
Day 2 Kunming-Dali
Sightseeing and Activities: Xizhou Morning Market, Zhoucheng Village, Erhai Lake, Three Pagodas

In the morning, take the high speed train to Dali (2 hours) to visit Xizhou Town Xizhou Town to fully appreciate Bai-style traditional architectural courtyards, taste their fragrant Three-Course Tea and explore their distinctive culture.Transfer to visit Zhoucheng Village Zhoucheng Village and the Bai people’s Tie-dying cloth workshop where you can take some special souvenir with the Bai ethnic style.
In the afternoon, take a cruise to Jinsuo Islet in Erhai Lake. There are 200 Bai ethnic families around 1000 people in Jinsuo Island.In Erhai Lake cruise, you will enjoy the green Cangshan Mountain and the Three Pagodas from a far as well as lots of birds and seagulls flying over the lake. Then continue the tour to Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Monastery which has a history of over 1,800 years located at the foot of Cangshan Mountain facing to the Erhai Lake. Three Pagodas are made of three ancient independent pagodas forming a symmetrical triangle.Drive back to your hotel. Service ends.
Day 3 Dali – Lijiang

In the morning, explore Dali Old Town, you can stroll around Dali Old Town to visit Foreigner’s Street, the Ancient City Wall and the Gate Tower.

Also pay a visit to Black Dragon Pool, the main headwater of the Yushui River which goes through the Old Town. In the late afternoon, transfer to visit Baisha Old Town, which is an enchanting traditional Naxi style old town.
Day 4 Lijiang

This morning, walk to visit the Baisha Mural about 600 years old, which is a part of the World Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO 1997. Then, drive to Yuhu Village which is located at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. When walking into this authentic Naxi Village, you’ll see unique stone houses, Naxi ladies dressing in traditional clothes, kids playing, a tranquil Yuhu Lake…Explore leisurely around the village and then get to the Former Residence of Joseph Rock, who was an Austrian-American Botanist came to Lijiang and stayed in Yuhu Village for 27 years and made huge research work on Naxi minority.
In the afternoon, take a leisure walk up the Lion Hill and climb up the 33-meter-tall Wanggu Tower – the landmark building of Lijiang to enjoy a panoramic view of the whole old town and countryside scenery, as well as overlook the magnificent Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance. Later, follow a trip to Ming-dynasty style Mufu Palace, the “Forbidden City” of Lijiang to know Tusi’s ruling history and appreciate Naxi people’s brilliant culture and fine arts.

Day 1 Shangri-La

Pick you up from your hotel in the morning. Drive to visit Songzanlin Monastery-the largest Tibetan monastery in Yunnan. Songzanlin Monastery has another alias – ‘the little Potala Palace ‘, so named because the whole monastery is in the traditional style with mysterious atmosphere.
Then pay a visit to Baiji Monastery. It was built in the Yuan Dynasty and has a history of several hundred years.
After lunch at a Tibetan Family, transfer to visit Cheng’En Monastery which is located in Nuoxi Village, Jian Tang Town of Shangri-La City.
In the late afternoon, visit Dabao Monastery. Dabao Monastery (大宝寺) is built on a rugged green hillside at an altitude of 3,300m (10,827 ft) and is one of the earliest Tibetan Buddhist temples built in Zhongdian (Shangri-La) County. It was destroyed in the Cultural Revolution and it was rebuilt in 1984. It’s the sacred surroundings that are the draw here; hillsides dotted with sheep, fluttering prayer flags and pine trees. At the foot the hill there lies a lovely, 2 km (1.2 mi) long stone wall with delicate Buddhas and scriptures carved on it.

Located 470 km away from Kunming Downtown and about 160 km northwest of Dali, Nuodeng(诺邓) is an aged Bai ethnic village under jurisdiction of Yunlong County of Dali Prefecture. How to Get to Niru Village from Tiger Leaping Gorge?
By Bus
From Middle Tiger Gorge:
There is one daily bus departing from Tina’s Guest House at 15:00 to Shangrila. At Shangrila Bus Station, there is only one daily shuttle bus to Luoji Township departing at 15:10. You can take the shuttle bus of next day or directly rent a car to Miru village. When you arrive in Luoji Township, you can charter a car to Niru Village at the price of 150-200 yuan (for reference only).
From Upper Tiger Gorge:
Tourists can take the bus running from Lijiang to Shangrila and then transfer to Niru Village from Shangrila.

From Hutiaoxia Town(虎跳峡镇):
At Hutiaoxia town, there are also shuttle bus departing to Shangrila city, or tourists can take the bus running from Lijiang to Shangrila. Then transfer to Niru village.
From Baishuitai(白水台):
There is a daily bus running between Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baishuitai at a price of 55 RMB. It departs at 12:00. Tickets can be purchased at Tina’s Guest House or Tibet Guest House. Then transfer another bus heading to Shangrila city and get off at Pudacuo National Park. Rent a car or hike to Niru Village which is a popular hike route from Pudacuo to Niru Village.

There is only one shuttle bus running to Luoji Township departing at 15:00 from the Shangri-La Passenger Transport Station per day. Depart from Shangri-La City and head to Niru Village. Upon arrival, visit the ancient village to learn about its history and culture. Then, explore Nanbao Pasture to enjoy the stunning grassland scenery. In the afternoon, return to Niru Village and take in the riverside landscapes of the Niru River before heading back to the city in the evening.

Geographic Location
Niru Village is located in Luoji Township (洛吉乡), Shangri-La City, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It lies in the northeastern part of Shangri-La and is one of the core areas of the “Three Parallel Rivers” World Natural Heritage Site. Surrounded by mountains, Niru Village has an average altitude of approximately 3,000 meters and belongs to a high-altitude cold mountainous region.

Located in the northern part of Niru Village at an altitude of about 4,000 meters, Nanbao Pasture is one of Shangri-La’s finest alpine pastures. It is approximately 2 km from Niru Village.
Rainbow Waterfall (七彩瀑布)
Situated in the upper reaches of the Niru River (尼汝河), this waterfall glows with rainbow-colored light under the sunlight. It is about 3 km from Niru Village.
Dingru Lake (丁汝湖)
A glacial alpine lake with crystal-clear waters, Dingru Lake is located southeast of Niru Village, approximately 5 km away.
Sile Lake (色烈湖)
Situated northeast of Niru Village, Sile Lake features emerald-green waters and stunning scenery. It is about 6 km from the village.
Niru River (尼汝河)
Flowing through Niru Village, the Niru River is known for its clear waters and abundant fish. Walking along the river offers views of idyllic landscapes and natural beauty.
