News of Kunming 2021 CBD

The 2020 Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP15) was scheduled to be held from October 19-31, 2020 in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China. The theme for the 15th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties was announced on September 3, 2019, by Li Ganjie, Chinese Minister of Ecological Environment, and Dr. Cristiana Paşca Palmer, Executive Secretary of the UN Convention on Biological Diversity. The theme was titled “Ecological Civilization: Building a Community of Life on Earth.”
