Flowers Festivals
Luoping enjoys a mild and humid climate. It is dominated by karst features with small basins among independent green hills. It is a national base for raising bees and for processing honey oroducts. The rape flowers covering an area of 250,000 mu and on February of March every years, thousands of Yellow Rapeseed Flowers are in full bloom, looking like and expanse of a golden sea. So the local government will hold Luoping Rapeseed Flowers Culture Tourist Festival each year to attract more visitors and photographers to promote their development of economic and show ethnic culture to public.
