3 Days Dali-Lijiang Group Tour By High Speed Train (Chinese-Speaking)

Transportation: Travel on your own to Kunming Railway Station to take the high-speed train to Dali — check in at your hotel in Dali.

According to the train departure time, proceed to Kunming Railway Station on your own, collect your ticket, and take the high-speed train to Dali. Our staff will meet you at the Dali Railway Station pick-up point, then transfer you by private vehicle to the hotel for check-in and rest.

If you arrive in Dali early, you can explore freely, visiting Dali Ancient Town / Foreigner Street, experiencing the charm of this millennium-old city, and enjoying Dali’s leisurely atmosphere.

After breakfast, proceed to Erhai Lake, board the VIP private cruise to enjoy the lake’s most beautiful scenery without crowds. Return to the dock to watch the traditional Erhai Cormorant Fishing Show, an intangible cultural heritage of China. Guests can photograph the fishing process and learn about Bai customs from local guides.

Next, visit the Dali Seaside Flower Garden (with complimentary Erhai sightseeing bicycle or small horse cart + morning tea), a 341-acre sea of flowers for a leisurely stroll or ride, enjoying the idyllic landscape. Visit the popular photo spot Sky Mirror, capturing the perfect scenery with the help of a local guide.

Lunch is served with Bai Eight Bowls local specialty cuisine. Afterward, transfer to Lijiang, visiting San Gusui Scenic Area (also called Qianshui Village), including shuttle service, glass walkways, and iron chain bridges. The viewpoint offers panoramic views of the Jinsha River and surrounding mountains.

Dinner features Naxi chicken hotpot, followed by the optional large-scale cultural show Lishui Jinsha. After the show, return to the hotel for rest.

After breakfast, visit the famous ancient town Shuhe Ancient Town (free activity), a well-preserved town on the Tea Horse Road and part of Lijiang Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site.

Next, proceed to Dongba Secret Realm (including scenic area shuttle). Guests can admire snow-capped mountains and traverse the canyon, with an optional high-altitude glass bridge (self-paid). The site contains colorful symbols on stones, reminiscent of oracle bone script, showcasing unique cultural heritage. The area is lush with vegetation and flowers, providing different perspectives of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain’s majestic presence.

After the tour, transfer to Dali Railway Station for the high-speed train, concluding the journey.
