签门口清真寺位于巍山县，始建于光绪十四年（1888年）。礼拜大殿为单檐歇山式，建筑面积为405平方米。后又建宣礼楼，四角组尖式，建筑面积210平方米。

礼拜大殿为单檐歇山式，建筑面积为405平方米。后又建宣礼楼，四角组尖式，建筑面积210平方米。有木结构厢房若干问，作阿訇、满拉的教室、宿舍之用。全寺约占地s亩，总建筑面积1770平方米。本村有阿訇20余人，阿文学校1所，满拉7人。
三面环山，东临西河、山青水绿，风景美丽。教民60户，330余人，全是回族，属格迪目。
