It borders Shuanglongying Town (双龙营镇) to the east, Yue Zhe Town (曰者镇) to the south, Shede Township (舍得乡) to the west, and is separated from Luoxi County (泸西县) in Honghe Prefecture (红河州) and Shizong County (师宗县), Qujing City (曲靖市), by the Nanpan River (南盘江) to the north. The township government is located 46 kilometers from Qiubei County (丘北县) with a total area of 526.06 square kilometers.
