Alex He-English-speaking Tour Guide in Lijiang

I am Alex, a Naxi people living in Lijiang. I work for Yunnan Exploration Travel around 12 years as an English-speaking tour guide, I like take foreign guest to hike everywhere in Yunnan Province, and I like share everything with my guest. As a guide, we must know what the guest want and need,  this is the basic of our service. At the same time, we need having a better understanding each other. We should be making the guest happy. Unruly, we need to learn all kinds of knowledge of service skill and Chinese culture, trying to explain details of itinerary,  let the guest know how to enjoy. Another side,  we need to collect different experience for our work.we try our best complete our task.
