This two-day trekking tour explores the most scenic section of Tiger Leaping Gorge, one of the deepest and most dramatic canyons in the world. Starting from Lijiang, the journey leads to Qiaotou, the gateway to the gorge, where the trek officially begins. Following the renowned High Trail, hikers pass through spectacular mountain landscapes, towering cliffs, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the roaring Jinsha River far below.

The route features a steady ascent to the iconic 28 Zigzag Bends, the highest point of the trek, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-capped peaks and steep gorge walls. Along the way, you will walk through traditional villages such as Dongpo Village and Bendiwan Village, experiencing the simple lifestyle of local mountain communities. On the second day, descend toward Tina’s House and explore Middle Tiger Leaping Gorge, where the river’s immense power can be felt up close before returning to Lijiang.
