The manor is a comprehensive ecological park that integrates coffee cultivation, processing, cultural tourism experiences, and highland pasture sightseeing. It pioneered the rainforest coffee planting model and established a coffee species gene bank and a rainforest demonstration base. The manor cultivates over 30 world-class coffee varieties, including Geisha (瑰夏) and Catuai (卡杜埃). In November 2022, it was included in the list of “Yunnan Province’s Boutique Coffee Plantations” (云南省精品咖啡庄园). The manor offers a full industry chain experience project, covering coffee picking, processing, and activities like horseback riding on the pasture.

Since 2011, Aini Coffee has collaborated with the Starbucks Agronomy Center (星巴克农艺中心) to introduce varieties such as Catuai (卡杜埃) and Villa Sachi (维拉萨奇), using rainforest shading technology (雨林遮荫种植技术). In 2013, the manor began a comprehensive plan, investing 600 million yuan to build China’s first rainforest ecological coffee plantation (中国首座雨林生态咖啡庄园), with a 5,000-acre demonstration base (示范基地) and gene bank (基因库). By 2022, the manor had evolved into a comprehensive park combining coffee cultivation, processing, cultural exhibitions, pasture sightseeing, and leisure vacation.

Located in a highland rainforest belt (高原雨林带) at an altitude of 1,500 meters, the plantation experiences an annual rainfall of 1,500-1,800 millimeters. It preserves original vegetation (原生植被), providing natural shade for the coffee trees (天然遮荫系统).
