Kunming - Luquan County Transportation: By Bus & Car-rental

Luquan Yi and Miao autonomous county, located in the north of Kunming, is the largest county in the city. It is rich in tourism resources, among which Jiaozi snow mountain is the most famous. With the development of Luquan County's economy and supporting facilities, the transportation is becoming more and more convenient. The distance between Luquan and Kunming is about 120 km and the main means of transportation are bus and car-rental.

How to Get to Luquan County from Kunming?

By Bus

At Kunming South Bus Station(南部客运站), there are about 8 hours heading to Luquan County. The trip takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes and the departure time is 08:00, 09:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:30. Kunming South Bus Station is located at No.7, Shangbo Street of Guandu District(官渡区商博街7号). Tourists can take the bus and subway to Kunming South Bus Station or take a taxi to. Luquan Passengger Bus Station is located in Luda Road of Luquan County.

By Car-rental

Renting a car is suitable for a flexible and comfortable way. It is better for you to rent a car with an experienced driver and a tour guide if you are foreign travelers.
