Established on August 7, 2018, it is a subsidiary of Zhangshang Shehui Brand Management Group (掌商奢汇品牌管理集团). The manor sits at an altitude of 1,730 to 1,970 meters and is situated in the “golden coffee-growing zone” of the world. The manor currently has 400 acres of Geisha coffee (瑰夏咖啡) and plans to expand to 5,000 acres within the next two years.

The environmental conditions are similar to the Panama Geisha coffee region (巴拿马瑰夏产区), with its high latitude, high altitude, and unique climate, making it ideal for growing premium coffee. The manor aims to become the industry benchmark for high-altitude coffee in China.
