Spring city decorated by beautiful rivers

Pictures taken on January 3 show the spring city of Kunming in central Yunnan province is now decorated by beautiful rivers that empty into the Dianchi Lake. 

The river sections in the city are mostly coupled by lush trees, lovely flowers and green lawns, making them ideal places for leisure activities of fishing or jogging.

Thanks to local eco-conservation efforts in recent years, the water quality of the rivers and the lake throughout Kunming city has improved a lot. Clear waters and blue sky enliven the spring city.
