He suddenly felt comfortable and refreshed. Shennong discovered that this wild leaf can have such a magical effect, so the local people transplanted and cultivated it. This wild leaves can be eat, be safe, and then people named it “tea.”

Legend is only a manifestation of a good wish of the people. However, the long history of planting tea in Xiaojinggu Township is an indisputable fact. According to historical records, as early as in the Xianfeng period, the people of Jinggu Town (now Jinggu Township) planted tea for self-sufficiency in the areas of Kuzhu Mountain and Malu Mountain. Today, the cultivated ancient tea garden that lives in Kuzhushan has an area of about 1,500 mu, and it is scattered in the mixed forests. Historically, tea farmers have been picking, using, processing and selling all the time. Kuzhu Mountain is one of the origins of the famous Ancieent Puer Tea. Characteristics of Jinggu Kuzhu Mountain Pu’er Tea

This tea is high in fragrant, sweet and soft, and smooth in sugar. It is similar to Yiwu tea.
Although the tea of Kuzhu Mountain has the aroma of Jingmai, it is not as good as Jingmai. The tea is not as strong as Bulang Tea. This is the weakness of Kuzhushan. It can also be said that it is an advantage because it is compatible with the advantages of these two teas.

The common characteristics of arbor tea in Jinggu tea area are: the bud head is relatively strong, the strip is long, it is velvety, the tea soup is bitter and sweet, and the bitterness is obvious. The bottom of the cup is fragrant, the wild smelling is good, then the sweet turns back, and the soup is full.

The characteristics of tea products

First, the number is large, and the distribution is wide. The Wentang, Wenxing, Wenshan, Wenlian, Wenzhao, Yingpan villages and most of the natural villages in Jinggu Township have ancient tea gardens. The ancient tea gardens are planted in pieces, with high density and high yield.

Second, the ecological situation is good. The Jinggu tea area has not undergone by the large-scale tea garden transformation. The ancient tea trees are basically grown naturally in arbor trees, and have not been dwarfed.

Third, the tree is older. Jinggu has a history of various teas earlier, but the largest amount of existing tea should be formed after the promotion of planting in the Qing Dynasty (the Qing Dynasty official residence). Many of these ancient tea trees are large trees with a diameter of more than 10 cm.

Fourth, the tea is better. Affected by natural conditions, tree age and ecological status, the Jinggu tea area is more fragrant, with long strips and velvet hair. The tea soup is bitter and sweet, and the bitterness is obvious. The bottom of the cup is fragrant and the mountainous smelling is good.

Fifthly, there is almost no problem of using tea from the terraced tea to mix old (old to big) tea on the tea mountain. There are also some terraced tea plants on the tea mountain, but all the white tea is planted. The purchase price of the large white tea per kilogram is higher than that of the old one. Old change into large is high, so people do not use large white tea (Taiwan tea) to mix old tree tea.
