       成果简介:新工艺金芽是滇红集团茶科院根据市场需要,从原料标准制订、制作工艺等方面又一系统性的课题研究,结合了1958年创制的传统工夫金芽品质特征,优选海拔1600—2000米海拔生态茶园的云南大叶茶树品种肥壮、匀度及体形大小一致的单芽为原料,应用滇红茶传统制作工艺加工而成。新工艺金芽的开发,为高端品质的滇红工夫红茶开创了新的路子。

品质特征:具有条索肥壮完整,汤色红艳明亮,香气甜香浓郁,滋味鲜醇浓厚,叶底肥嫩皆芽红匀明亮的品质特点。

2004年开发“碧螺春”绿茶产品

       成果简介:金曲是滇红集团茶叶科学研究院于2005年开发研制的一款特型茶,原料选用滇红集团茶叶科学研究院生态茶园基地中的优质无性系良种,产量稀少。

品质特征:外形条索紧结卷曲,色泽金黄油润;内质汤色红艳明亮,香高持久,滋味甜醇,叶底柔嫩多芽红匀明亮。

代表性产品:金曲茗韵,五福临门-金曲。

2006年开发了经典58

       成果简介:“经典58”是云南滇红集团股份有限公司为纪念滇红集团创制的滇红特级工夫茶1958年在伦敦拍卖会上拍出红茶最高价,中共中央电贺嘉奖的历史性日子而得名。是滇红集团精选1650—2200米的高海拔生态茶园的云南大叶种凤庆大叶茶初展至半开展的一芽一叶为原料,在传承传统工夫红茶制作技艺基础上,利用现代先进工艺,通过做型改变外观的一款特型茶,由滇红集团茶叶科学研究院于2006年创制。“经典58”的问世,曾创滇红集团单品最高销售收入,改变了整个临沧人的饮茶习惯,调整了临沧红茶结构,引领了临沧红茶企业的发展。曾获第八届“中茶杯”全国名优茶评比一等奖,开发至今一直是市场占有量最大的一个单品。

       成果简介:“中国红”由云南滇红集团茶叶科学研究院于2006年开始研制,2007年出品。“中国红”原料甄选于滇红集团茶叶科学研究院基地长期培育的稀有高香型品种——18个以上茶树品种原料拼配而成,应用滇红工夫红茶传统制作工艺和现代先进制作工艺相结合加工而成,属滇红工夫红茶之珍品,目前年产量仅1200-1500公斤。“中国红”产于云南高原小产区,产量稀少,是身份的象征,值得珍藏。

品质特征:条索紧直完整,苗锋秀丽匀称,色泽乌润,汤色金黄明亮,香气高香独特、花香浓郁(玫瑰花香),滋味鲜醇甘甜,叶底柔嫩红匀明亮。

品质特征:外形条索紧细,色泽黑润,汤色黄红明亮,有天然的兰花香,冷香持久,滋味鲜爽。
